I know "intricate rituals" is reserved for men craving each other's gay touch but I ALSO construct intricate rituals, they're just intricate rituals of happiness so I can maintain a near constant okay/better ish ness

#like in terms of mental health #for example every tues Thurs and sun i wake up early to catch my favs twitch streams #or planning on a nice breakfast (like a cup noodle or smthn but with a coffee) in the hour my family's gone on Wednesdays so I can watch a #fun gay vampire show and then can enjoy the Internet spoiler free but also maximize the happiness of that moment #or making sure i clean at least a little tiny bit on sundays so that i dont get sucked into a depression pit #and going out to buy coffee once a month #maybe that's just called self care but it requires a good amount of planning so #intricate rituals <3 #midnighttalk
