being a dc fan has actually made me more of a PK fan bc. look i love dc and it’s chaos and it’s love for space and aliens and nonsense. but the concept of a superhero who regularly fends off an invading alien race and keeps it a secret bc they doesn’t want a mass panic. so they just pretend they’re standard costumed villains. and the aliens go along with it by accident. AND half the issues deal with time travel. it’s a mess. it’s hilarious. any given PK issue can be absolutely insane in any number of ways and take any two steps out to look at it from a civilian perspective it gets even more batshit than grown man who dresses up as a bat to punch criminals

there is a rich complex universe out there. parallel universes exist too! time travel is a regular occurrence!! no one fuckin knows this except donald duck and his bff AI and the time traveling android LARPing as a reporter in their basement
