#fyi im not a yusuke hater i’m a defender right from the start

as i’m playing through p5r again i’m remembering how badly the latter half of the game treats ryuji specifically but also ann and yusuke.

i have a lot of gripes about yusuke esp but i’m not ready to start ww3 over it just yet

there’s been a lot of commotion over the new key art with makoto and ryuji for p5t and while i understand making ryuji the butt of all jokes in japan is inevitable(he is the least popular PT), in the west ryuji is one of the series most beloved characters.

in retrospect it is simply Not That Deep but also it just kinda sucks seeing a really warm, passionate and kind guy getting hit around by people who are supposed to be his friends all the time instead of having some meaningful moments with the people he let in like in the beginning of the story
