What inspired you? #gardeninspiration My Grandmother inspired me to garden. #COVID19 has made me think of my grandmother daily as I know this virus could take her out of my life. I have witnessed friends losing their grandparents and am heartbroken for the way this virus takes loved ones and then the ceremonies to help us mourn. I know I bring alot back to the garden but I can hear her smile when I tell her what I am growing and listen to her remind me of the same garden tricks she has told me time and time again. I dip my hands in the earth with ease to weed and plant and I know it's from being her "helper" on so many afternoons. This world changes daily and the anxiety of not knowing brings me to my garden regularly as a place for mental help and regrouping.
