sososooooo fucking funny to me that gary has evil cultist friends. like he takes pictures with jakob dusk and [DATA EXPUNGED] where they’re all just standing around presumably just hanging out having a good time. and he keeps them on his fucking desk!! jakob sends him cute little horrors in the mail just to be nice because they’re bros and they love each other <3333 also like how did they meet!!! what do they do together!!! does gary grab a drink with the boys sometimes. does he invite his cult leader pals to his sacrifices and then like go to denny’s afterwards because that’s the only place open. i think gary would very much enjoy the Original Grand Slam® that’s the thesis of this post

garyjohn + a mother/daughter bond between gary and amy is so fucked up to think about because it makes so much sense it's infuriating.

it's like gary sees the second death ritual as a way to love. and there's a whole different layer of this to consider when you realize that, by making them a vessel, they wouldn't have to endure any of the violence and chaos that the unspeakable would bring upon the world. i forgot if this was a headcanon i read or something actually said/hinted at ingame but... if the vessels go to hell, that means that it also works as a way for gary to keep the people he loves the most with him. it's a selfish way for him to force them to stay with him, even after their deaths

i know ive gone on record about being a garyjohn truther but actually the superior gary ship is garyjakob. i think they would send each other long intricate love letters and then burn them ritualistically as a sacrifice to their deities. they had a big dramatic falling out over which of their gods were better that ended with 8 dead, 12 wounded, and one or both of them burning down their houses. gary pretends he’s SOOOO OVER HIM but he’s not
