My 5th period students got to see my geeky side in full force today!!! They were working on their articles on Newsela, and we started discussing Jerusalem, comics, different types of government, and maps. Well my little history and comic loving self stepped out of my soul and took over! Haha! One of my students was amazed at how much I was geeking out over not just comics, but the maps. That really got him. We live in a fascinating world, and I still get excited about the little things that make this marble turn.
