Emotional abuse

Can you admit when you’re in an emotionally abusive relationship?

I can’t. I cannot get it in me to admit that my husband yes, husband is emotionally abusive.

I am constantly fighting myself. I am not good enough. I am a piece of crap. I am not enough. I don’t deserve what I have.

I get told to fuck off. I get told to shut up. I get told that I’m annoying. I get told that I don’t do enough. I get told that my husband owns our house and belongings not me.

Well fuck that. I’ve had enough.

I’m a human.

I am good enough.

I am the best fricken person I can be.

I might be messy.

I might be annoying at times.

I might be the fricken most annoying human on this earth but I am me.

I work hard.

I’m a good nurse.

I make good money.

I can do this life without the abuse.
