book reviews are fucking vicious oh my god ive never read reviews on anything before except like. tumblr posts. and oh my god its like instagram comments in disguise

#its wiild to me. and usually the aspects that are being critiqued arent even rly explained ? give me examples from the plot #give me citations give me SOMETHING to show me why u think xyz are bad #its so weird #also the ego on all these reviewers???????#like the authors were supposed to write their books SPECIFICALLY for this reviewer and their preferences #wild insane etc
