LIMA HEIGHTS NEW YEARS EVE CELEBRATION

Thursday night, December 31st, Lima Heights will be putting on their annual New Year’s Eve Event! Food, fun, and excitement are before you, should you choose to partake! If you do not and decide to go off campus, escort and curfew policies are still in effect. 

Food and snacks will be provided in the cafeteria starting at 4pm and throughout the night. 

Tables set up in the great hall for Bingo, Scrabble, Chess, Poker and blackjack tournaments running from 2pm - 9pm. Open tables, $10 buy in for each game with first prize $200 ($100 for 2nd and $50 for 3rd) each per game. Limit to one winning game per person (any place). 

Movies in the auditorium:

10am - New Years Eve 12:30pm - Waiting to Exhale 2pm - An Affair to Remember 4:30pm - When Harry Met Sally 7pm - Sex and the City 9:30pm - The Holidate

Party Games in the Lounge of the Dom dorms - charades, monopoly, pictionary, and other board games available.

Fireworks - at Midnight over the Hedgemaze.

This event is more to give things to do/talk about over New years, no points this time. The tournaments is just a fun thing. If you’re looking for your character to win one of them, send me (Mack) a message on discord. I’ll put all the names in a randomizer and we’ll go that way to make it fair. Other than that, anything triggerings/rule breaking/etc, run it by us first, please and thank you :)

NEW YEAR’S EVE!

Lima Heights institute will put on their annual celebration of the New Year and a new decade. The itinerary for the day is as follows:

7am-10am - Continental Breakfast in the cafeteria

11am-7pm - Movies in the Auditorium

New Years Eve

Rudolf’s Shiny New Year

Waiting to Exhale

An Affair to Remember

7pm-9pm - Dinner in the Cafeteria catered by Breadstix

9pm-11:30pm - Music, dancing, games, refreshments in the Great Hall

12am - Fireworks over the Hedge maze

Throughout the day there will be:

A photo booth w/ props

Games (twister, truth or dare, spin the bottle, poker, blackjack, other card games)

Decorated court yard, great hall, cafeteria

Noisemakers, party hats, poppers, glitter, confetti, sparklers

OOC: Remember all plots need to be approved by the main.
