Suits were the worst to wear, just as Suits were the worst kind of people to talk with. Dressed in some Taka faction bullshit suit apparel, Vale stared at their gloved hands as they tried to ignore the itching all across their skin. Whatever microfiber shit polyfiber carbonate whatever the suit was made of rubbed Vale every which wrong way. Pulling at their collar, it reminds them that if they weren't wearing gloves, they'd be tearin' their skin off. Who knew that sensory overload almost made Vale as bitter as Thaddeus in Accounting or whoever the fuck the current drama was about.

"What does it all matter?" Vale quirked a brow and visibly tried not to shake in fear as Yorinobu Arasaka fuckin' spoke to them. God. Yori was gonna figure out their disguise and their whole plan to steal Arasaka documents would be fucked. "It's all just hearsay and lies."

April Foolery Update

I have finally seen the update for Phighting, and we have an estimated wait time for Jokebrawl.

Phighting’s update gave every character except Subspace a new look and name. The ones I remember off of the top of my head are as follows:

Medkit is Goku

Scythe is Alastor

Katana is Pikachu

and there are many more jokes outside of that, such as the background becoming Minecraft themed, and the Phinishers for most Phighters given a funny background. My personal favorite is Scythe’s. Women my beloved.

Jokebrawl is getting the yearly joke of it being canceled from the players with no announcements from the devs on a certain release time. People are estimating 9:00 PM EST, so 8:00 PM CST, 7:00 MDT, and 6:00 PST. I will be unable to commentate until tomorrow.

Flight Rising’s update dropped, giving each flight a new name and representation. I love being the Glitter flight. I propose the nickname Glitterkids to refer to members of Glitter. They might not have gone all out, but the effort is appreciated to make a joke.

Been doodling these for the past 3 days. Kerry’s Glitterkids! Ted (28), a Philosophy professor at NCU who has matured but still dresses like a fuckin punk when he’s not working. And Kim (21), who’s a famous model thanks to her celeb daddy and her own talent, travels around the world for her career, but also makes sure to stay in touch with her daddy almost every day cos she’s her daddy’s girl. She’s just full of loooove I don’t like some of these sketches but whatever aaaaaaaaaaaaa

Neotheater Starters Part 2

To say that Vale had abandonment issues and issues belonging was an understatement. They were a kid who always stood out. Whether it was the silence, the excited signing, the adoration for destructive monsters, the Samurai obsession, the fact their dad was a famous Rockstar, or maybe it was the multicolored rainbow streaks in their messy, fluffy hair. There were always reasons that Vale seemed to stand out in the crowd. People always liked to get Vale upset by saying they were nothing like their dad. That they were a disappointment. That they were nothing.

Yeah. Kids were mean. Screamsheets that called Vale the "Prodigal Glitterkid" were worse. To see hundreds of grown-ups care more about a lone child under the care of a man with cyberpsychosis than the millions of deaths thanks to Corpos every year? It fucked you up. Made you feel like you were always under constant watch. Made you feel like you would never belong in the world your Father created.

However, to get to go to one of Papa's shows? To get to play the drums with Kick? To be with their family? It meant the world to them. And to get to hang out after the concert too? And to hear Jack say that? The ten year old rushed forward and wrapped their arms around Jack's waist, gleefully smashing their overjoyed grin into Jack's tummy.

Backing away for a moment, Vale held their hands up high so they were sure Papa saw what they signed! "I love you!! I love you!!" Bouncing on the tips of their toes, their hands moved lightning quick, often stumbling through words, but they got their point across. "I had fun! Again! I'm a rockstar! Just like Papa!! We rock!!"
