I am absolutely furious.

They messed with my famous pot roast !!

They cut the ' tough meat ' up because they couldn't ' pull it appart ' BECAUSE IT WASN'T DONE COOKING YOU ABSOLUTE IMPATIENT BAFOONS ! I cook mine FOURTY EIGHT HOURS on the slow cooker so when it's done the meat DISSOLVES in your mouth !!

Ugh and as if that wasn't bad enough, these white people took my damn pork roast out the crock pot out the juice and PUT IT IN THE OVEN and now it's COMPLETELY INEDIBLE because if it's not fall off the bone the way I WAS MAKING IT then it's gonna get stuck in my teeth and that's painful!!

AND THEY ADDED LEMON JUICE ( and butter but that's always welcome, can't have too much butter so maybe that'll help save it ) it's going to take a lot of slap ya mama to get this to taste right again !

I put it back on to slow cook and scolded them for it. They need to understand that they do not cook like me. I cook Cajun creole and soul food. They cook like big cities ( which ain't bad but it clashes with my recipes ) and suburban white people ( which we all know commit food crimes every time they cook ).

If they touch my pot roast again I'm gonna put THEM in the oven!
