⚡️RAPTOR BALLIN’⚡️ . . Merci encore pour cette session de training matinale. Après 5 ans d’arrêt, ça fait une semaine que j’ai repris le chemin des entraînements avec ma nouvelle équipe @union93elite @bccourneuvien @cslilasromainvillebasket @brisco_bomaye @hedi_hgs @lelab.ball @fodiesan et le coach & préparateur physique @ju.colombo_ ! Je me sentais techniquement et physiquement rouillé à la reprise des entraînements. Cette session m’a permis de (ré)apprendre à travailler la technique de dribble pure, les attitudes et les fondamentaux offensifs tout en faisant travailler progressivement le cardio. A la fin j’étais rincé et c’est exactement ce dont j’avais besoin pour me remettre dans un rythme de travail sérieux des fondamentaux. Je recommande fortement et j’ai hâte de retravailler avec @lelab.ball +Explications des exercices +Exercices & montée en intensité +Documentation vidéo 2.0 +Plug équipementier de follow 🦖😎💪🏽⚡️ 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 🇬🇧 Had the great opportunity to work on my ball handling skills last Sunday with my teammates @brisco_bomaye & @lelab.ball a passionate personalized skills trainer that I highly recommend ! Last time I put on Basketball shoes was 5 years ago with the Coquelicot Lezatois in the South of France ! Shoutout to the snipers @cchupa10 @alex.cara7 @paulbrambati @noemiepi9 @chef_leriche and all the others ! 🌹🏀 However Basketball is one of my first passion I used to go to extremes to push myself ... it gave me so much back. Now I started a new challenge to put myself back into the game to work on new habits, respect my own time, work my cardio, eat right, have more energy and work on my mental health which went completely downhill with the lockdown & and all those traumatizing experiences of racism we have experienced in the past months.
