Ok flare of violent rage is canceled. Working supervisor says she's gonna b fine bc delivery is turned off & it's slow rn. So I won't have to ruin my day's plans. But MAN I'm still so fucking done with the employees who quit with no notice. Like come on man. We're not a giant mega store that can just make that up no problem. There's only like 15 of us Total so u quitting no notice can kinda b a Big fucking hassle lmao

#speculation nation #like fight the man or whatever but we r not the man lmao. im just a 25 year old loser who somehow stumbled my way into management #im not making dramatically more than them even. and im working in the store All the time #it's different from big stores with management in cushy offices #im on site so often. & working to make things better for everyone as much as i can.#i certainly have more empathy for our employees than a lot of management at other stores do #i try to be nice & considerate but these fucking employees wont do the same for me #just give us some WARNING please. 2 week notice is standard for a reason.#bc the schedules are already set & you quitting like this means we have to figure out a way to cover our asses #it makes me rly wonder if theyve read the fucking contract thoroughly too lol #bc it says In Writing that if you quit with no notice we withhold the right to bump you down to min wage lol #starting pay is several dollars more than min wage but we will very much be sticking to that clause #bc it's such an asshole mood to just dip outta nowhere. like come on.#as the person who does the tips distribution too. these ppl Definitely get a major cut to their tips lmao #gonna give those tips to other employees who actually deserve them. lmao.
