#amax antics#labor tag#losing my shit im so excited askhjjflf not only is that huge just on the labor front for obvious reasons#but also the return of practical effects to film when vfx is no longer the cheap alternative is so so so wooooooooooo yay :)))#there have been sooo many failed attempts to unionize the industry but the public opinion of unions was pretty low until recently#so there wasnt a lot of motivation to start one or or even just join one in ur industry#BUT WE ARE ON A ROLL THIS SUMMER HOLY HELL just wins on wins on wins and sooooo much public support esp in entertainment#i am very optimistic about their election results but not optimistic about the odds of marvel voluntarily recognizing the union#gotta say the nlrb got some major funding cuts at the start of the year superbad timing for this major influx in dealing w corporations shi#national labor relations board my beloved best government agency i love u
