Tonight I am reading through "Ireland's national food waste prevention roadmap" draft for public consultation. #THRILLING Government consultations are not accessible for everyone, because they are boring as hell and take ages and are full of jargon. This beauty is actually pretty short at only 32 pages, but it references the "Waste Action Plan for a Circular Economy" a fair amount... which is 89 pages... So, for anyone who is interested, I'll be putting together some notes on key points and observations.
