Che a tenere il muso siam tutti bravi Ogni giorno dovremmo guardarci indietro ed intorno e registrare cio Che di bello è accaduto. Non servono fatti eclatanti, bastano i piccoli momenti...invece siamo bravissimi ad accorgerci di sgarbi e parole brutte, ma le gentilezze non le ricordiamo. I was actually jogging today, I'm so exhausted but I'm feeling great now!

Today I am grateful for:

1 The enormous privilege of living in a peaceful country.

2 Being able to talk with my dad.

3 A nice day amongst people.

1 Using my new coping mechanisms instead of the old ones.

2 Finishing my prep quite timely.

3 Jenna Marbles and Julien Solomita for making me laugh.

1 Getting over my fear of being out in public on my own. Have that damn solitary lunch somewhere, no one cares.

2 Some fine as Tosti's (cheese toasties in English?)

3 Enjoying my own time, while still getting done what I needed to get done.

Today I am grateful for:

1 My friend coming to pick me up, realising the gardencentre was still open and detouring to surprise me with a twenty-minute shopping spree. She knows me so well, and that was the most thoughtful thing anyone's ever done for me, I love her ♡

2 Doctor Who. No explanation necessary really.

3 Newsies, for some great songs to add to my broadway playlist.

1 Friends hospitality.

1 A day spent making photographs of my plants.

2 Spending the day with dad.

1 A connection that has seemingly been made with some pupils :)

2 A good evening with family celebrating Saint Nicholas.

3 I got a gift card to buy me some more plant friends!

4 My family taking in some acquintances like family, giving them a good evening too.
