❝ listen, please, i don’t want to hurt you ! ❞ maybe it’s
WEAK of blaine to let his desperation flow with his
words. but how else can he get anyone to believe
him in this kind of world ?
he wipes at sweat on the back of his neck, ❝ i lost
my brother. you’re the only person i’ve seen in DAYS.
maybe you -- maybe you saw him ? ❞

Still shaken up with the fact that her sister was killed, the blood, there was too much there was no way that she was alive. Rick - the others they told her they had to leave, the fact that she was shot in the head they knew she wouldn’t come back as a walker. Maggie was loading up the car before she heard footsteps coming from behind her. Drawing out her gun she spun around pointing it at the girl. “B-Beth?” It couldn’t be, she was dead. The gun waved unsteady as she held it there. “Beth, Is it ...” A pause. “Really you?”

tell me what you like about lisa // accepting // @grccnc
LISTEN I’m so happy that comes forth because I try so hard with OCs, given the stigma that OCs are either seen/labelled as “Mary Sues” or an extension of oneself, which Lisa is not an extension of me; I’m 24 with a brat puppy. In all reality, as I’ve stated before as I really went into discovering who Lisa is, I found that in some ways I was writing my mom. I think that’s why I stay hyperfocused on her characterization and making an attempt in keeping it consistent because my mom is a big inspiration for Lisa and to hear people like her makes me feel pretty good.
An example of finding my mom within Lisa’s characterization...okay so you know Lisa cares so much about how her kids think and see her, she’s never once let them see her with any boyfriend after the divorce because she didn’t want them to judge her. My mom told this to one of her employees the other day and it’s something Lisa would say. My mom’s words were:
“Who cares what people think about you. The only people you should care about is what your husband thinks and what your kids think, and half the time you don’t give a shit what your husband thinks.”
Like it’s so much Lisa

ask about lisa’s kiddos // accepting // @grccnc
🗯- How well did they get along with their siblings?
They get along, but with all siblings there’s usually one sensitive area.
Brittney takes the biggest issue with her little sister over the fact that Carrie holds so much misplaced anger at Lisa. Carrie blames their mother 100% for the divorce and she believes that it was their mother that split the family apart. Brittney has tried on multiple occasions to try to talk to her sister about it but it does usually end with some spiteful things being thrown at each other. The thing that gets to Brittney is the fact that, since she’s older, she was able to witness and understand at a greater depth the problems that went on between Lisa and Charles.

“Perfection has no place in love.”
crimson peak starters // accepting // @grccnc
❝ Anyone that believes in perfection in any relationship is settin’ themselves up for failure,❞ Lisa agreed with the younger girl that reminded her so much of herself at that age. In some ways it was like looking into a mirror with how much they were alike.
❝ It’s certainly not anything close to perfect with our husband, is it? ❞

“It’s only after we’ve lost everything that we’re free to do anything.”
“We ain’t ever free. Never was,” he said trying to get the sticks to light.
Night was coming and if he didn’t get the fire started they’d be screwed.
