Summer is winding down with Back to School rushing up quickly! The black walnuts will be dropping soon here in Greenwood! I plan on collecting a nice sack full. This is a study of old shells from last year. I remember my grandma used to have a kitschy little piece of art that resembled an owl made out of a walnut shell. I can only see owls now!
