Well, nation-verse or human AU? If they're still nations I think most nations have several degrees they go back to update from time to time and I think I've mentioned what I hc their educations to be in Human AUs before, but since I can't find the post at the moment I imagine they would go with something like...
Norway: Lawyer, focused on economic crimes and dealing with big companies. In the future he will be scarily good and because of this very expensive to hire, but every 10-15th case or so he's taking on what more or less is a charity case to help someone out who otherwise wouldn't be able to pay for a good lawyer and is about to get screwed over by a big company. Norway is scarily good at what he does, and he'll win his cases 99% of the time as long as his clients listen to his instructions. (For the last 1%, well, he can't cure stupid).
It's either that or he would be crazy good at reading the stock market, making moves no ones expect and turn them into his own advantage. Some call it luck, but Norway just knows what signs to look for and has a strict code of business he follows for himself.
Denmark: Electrician. Idk what the education looks like in other countries, but over here the +2 years education to electrician isn't exactly uni or college, but kind of like... Something else. A mix between apprenticeship and reading theory. I think this would suit Denmark better than traditional university education, because though he's really smart he just doesn't have the attention span and peace to sit down and study 8-10 hours/day like you might have to do for some of the university degrees out there.
Sweden: I originally really liked him as a kindergarten teacher, which would be university education, but considering how tall I hc him to be... The job would absolutely kill his back. I also hc him as blind, so he'd probably suit better as teacher for slightly older children (think 6-12y olds maybe, or older) or the teacher running the after-school program. Depending on how serious I make his back-pain in the AU, I sometimes also let him be home on disability and/or with a part-time job. (In at least 2 AUs I have Sweden employed part-time by China to do general maintenance on the house China is landlord for and/or call in the people who need to be hired to fix The Problem in question).
Iceland: I have a hard time imagining him in uni since we always see him so young-looking, but I can absolutely see him work with/studying Geothermal power and sustainable energy in general.
Finland: Former military who I think either became a chimney sweeper or a plumber. He's not afraid of getting his hands dirty and wants something more physical to make use of his restless energy. I can also see him re-educate himself to some sort of forest ranger or nature guide in the future, because he would absolutely love to spend all day outdoors as well.
I have no idea what I would put for Sealand on this, but Ladonia will probably grow up to get an university degree in programming (I'm thinking Java, C+ and a personal interest in Python) and a minor in (human) language(s). 😊 Haven't decided if I think Ladonia would be more interested in programming machines/computers from scratch or more into game developing though, but he still has a few more years to figure that out. 😉
