hey, hey you. Are you a fan of Smile for Me who enjoys creating stuff? Well have we got a project you’ll enjoy.

Welcome friends to our project.

                              Habby Birthday! A Smile for Me Fanzine!

 It’s an open, free zine for the birthday of the Habitat’s creator, Dr. Boris Habit! Everyone regardless of skill level is invited to join! You don’t need to apply, just follow the rules below and send your piece in to the provided email below:

·         For All Submissions

o   Your entry should be SFW!

o   The theme of this project is Habit’s Birthday so keep that in mind when you make your piece! You can either a) Make something, anything with that theme - like a scene at a party for him. These will be put in part 1 of the zine. Or b) Make a gift for habit, which will be put it part 2.

o   1 submission for each version per person! You can either make a gift for habit and something themed around his birthday or focus your effort on 1 piece for either.

o   Send your submission to habbyev3nt@gmail.com with the subject line “Habby Submission” and in the body of your email put the name you want to be credited with and up to two (2) social media links.

o   Submissions are due by December 26th, 2019! This gives you about 5 months to make your piece and us 5 days to compile it together before his special day.

·         For Artists

o   Your piece should be either 1740 x 2490 pixels if its a portrait or 3480 x 2490 pixels and 300 dpi (doesn’t matter if it’s in color or black & white - both are allowed).

o   PNG files preferred!

o    Traditional art is also allowed! Just make sure the scanned version follows the guidelines.

·         For Graphic Editors

o    Your images should be the same size as the artist’s canvas size.

·         For Writers

o   Written pieces should not exceed 1.5 k words
