Something really awesome happened to me yesterday! I got a sponsorship from a local Montreal Art Sore called @hachem_art !! I Love buying art materials and have actually been going to this store in my hood (the Plateau) for years, so I was stoked when I got to meet its owner last week. This is him, Amin Hachem, we got to know each other a bit, as he visited my studio and went out for breakfast. His dad started his art store back in 1982, when he was a toddler, and by now he runs 8 stores in the Quebec province. He told me he wants his stores to back up local artists like myself and friends like @robert_massy @germdee @wuna_one @rocktherrien etc. So I’m honoured and super grateful to become part of this creative family!
