He does talk a lot. Again, when I buy a book I rather hear the Audible when it is a celebrity. Right away I felt such a happy feeling that I was listening to Fonzie. He’s been through a lot and he is my hero. He is a good man. It is a good book.

I don’t understand how this man is alive. I know he believes in a higher power but I believe with that amount of damage he did to his body, it sounds like he made a deal with another power. The pictures in the book were great.

He is very lucky to be alive. Oh, read it again with the audio. I felt Chandler was talking to me.

I loved the characters in this book. The banter was great. I get the whole I hate Palmdale thing. I want to read more of her books.

Run Rose Run

Dolly Parton and James Patterson

This was not what I would expect from a James Patterson book but since I had to read this for bookclub I gave it a go. I will be putting it in my classroom library.

This book had me all over the place. I am still getting used to the multiple POVs and the fact that I read three books at a time, made the story difficult to follow. But that was my deal, not the fault of the author. I caught myself reading the same chapter a few times because I wanted to make sure I didn’t lose track of who was doing what.

The ending made me happy and completely pissed at the same time. This is a book I recommend and I even bought another copy for my classroom library.

What did I just read? It was awesome. I polished off this puppy in one reading. It was a trip. As soon as I thought I knew was happening I learned I was wrong. This is going in my top 5. It’s going into my classroom library. Loved it.

Not as good as his first book. I caught the one line of the Whisper Man mentioned and I was excited read that. I think I was making myself scared more than the book really was. I will be reading the next book. I might have held this to a higher standard than I should have. This book will go onto the bookshelf for my students to read.

Again, I need to pay attention to the artwork on the cover. I missed the figures, again.

I was expecting a little more from this book. I wanted real scary. I didn’t get that. I set the bar pretty high. I think I might be tired of serial killers that go after children- in books.

I had the best time with this book. I’m have to read two other books for my job right now but I could not step away from this one. I don’t like reading collections, but I bought this book at the library book sale and I didn’t know there are two more books. I almost didn’t read it because I didn’t want to commit to two more books.

I am so glad I did. I like the protagonist.

I love a book that you can’t put down. I love a book that you have to put down because it gets too scary. This book was freaking me out. I read it on my Kindle and decided to buy the hardcover because I want to put it in my class library. There’s even a book trailer for it on YouTube. I want my kids to see it.

I thought I would read this over the next three days and I was wrong. It was so much fun to read. The rules and the pauses the narrator has so you read the rules again. I read it is a mix of the audio and book so I could get some light chores done then I realized the chores could wait until tomorrow. I would recommend this book to my students. It is also the last book I will read during my Spring Break reading mania I gave myself. It was a good book to end on.

I am really beginning to like her style. The back forth back forth. Fun story. The banter between the characters played well.

I did a buddy read for this book and it was a lot of fun. We would read the same chapters every night and then discuss them the next day at work. He found the book on Tik Tok and so a new plan was hatched.

The book itself has some ups and downs. But, I enjoyed my time with it.

In my quest to keep learning, I read this book. Now that I have, I am ready to run for the presidency of the United States of America. My Amazon account tells me I’m bought in 2017. I believe it was written in 2007, but a lot of the information still holds true. I don’t agree with some of writer’s personal opinions- scientists and their data proven opinions, ugh! But damn, science is real.
