#nowdrinking #HareMoon #Cider 5% from #Shorpshire. It’s made from #Dabinett, #HarryMastersJersey, #Browns, #Langworthy and #KingstonBlack #apples so is bound to be a tasty drop! However, it isn’t Med/Dry as stated, it’s sweet with a sugary demerara + caramel taste overtaking an initial apple core flavour. It has a satisfying medium body with spritzy mouthfeel and a good bittersweet tart finish which I’d like more of. 👍🏽 #shropshirecider #haremooncider #mediumdrycider #sweetcider #drinksofinstagram #cider #realcider #cidersoftheuk #saturday #drinkmorecider #sparklingcider #britishcider (at Saint Martins, Shropshire) https://www.instagram.com/p/CM79EBgJ3jq/?igshid=103q687tbgswy

#NowDrinking #HaremoonCider Medium/Dry [5.0%] from #Shropshire Made by Steve & Debbie Younger after they diversified their cattle farm. Luckily, Steve already made cider for himself so it was just a case of upscaling by planting more apple trees. So, onto the cider and this is their Medium/Dry Sparkling Cider. Firstly, this isn’t Medium or Dry - It’s just not! Okay, maybe medium at a push, but the word ‘dry’ shouldn’t be on the label at all in my opinion. But anyway, let’s not worry too much about that as it’s still a damn tasty cider with demerara sugar and caramel flavours rising above the initial apple core I get. It’s medium bodied with a spritzy, crisp mouthfeel and a good bittersweet tartness in the finish. Overall, it’s a really enjoyable drop of SWEET cider. #haremooncider #shropshirecider #realcider #haremoon #cider #drinkstagram #cidergram #instacider #supportsmallcidermakers #tryanuary (at Oswestry,Shropshire) https://www.instagram.com/p/CJ4gYXCFMyM/?igshid=1r70zb5tsemu6
