the world is a good place, there are good people in this world, even if it feels like all you've seen is the bad and the destruction and the terror i promise you there are simple things that make it all worth it look outside look around you, find one or two things that bring you joy or that you like and hold them dear, remember that these things brought you joy even if they're temporary that joy doesn't have to be

remember to live your life, it's the only one you've got, and that's a blessing!
