Kakucho X Fem! Reader

Summary: Kakucho has a rough day dealing with Sanzu, Ran and Rindou. So his sweet Girlfriend makes him some cookies to make his day a little better

Word count: 370ish?

Warnings: One curse word. Nothing else, just pure self indulgent fluff. 😂

Prompt " I know you had a bad day, so I made you some cookies"

Sitting at his desk in his office, Kakucho finally lets out a breath and relaxes. It's been a very chaotic day. Sanzu, Ran and Rindou have done nothing but annoy and antagonize him all day. While zoning out he hears his phone vibrate. It's a text from you asking how his day is going. He sighs to himself and gives you a very brief run down of his day. After some encouraging words from you he goes back to working. 

While with you, you decide you want to make his day a little better. Pacing around the kitchen muttering to yourself “ c’mon Y/N think. What’ll make his day a little better” Finally getting an idea, you check the cupboards to see if you have what you need to make some cookies. Smiling to yourself you see that You do, so you get to work.

By the time kakucho gets home, he's greeted with the smell of something baking. Setting his stuff down, he walks through the house to the kitchen. He sees you pulling a tray of fresh cookies out of the oven. He doesn't say anything, choosing to watch you move around the kitchen, putting the cookies on the cooling rack. While also trying to clean up the mess you made at the same time. He decides to clear his throat, scaring you in the process. 

You turn around almost dropping the spatula you were using to move the cookies “S-shit! You scared me Kaku. I didn't hear you come in. “ 

Laughing a little, he walks up to you and wraps his arms around your waist. “ And what are you doing?”

You continue to move the rest of cookies to the rack  “I know you had a bad day so i made you some cookies. They always make me feel a little better after a bad day”

He finally turns you around and kisses you saying “ You didn't have to do that baby. Just coming home to you makes me happy”
