You soon enough turned off the shower, ready to step out of your warming sphere. But just as you wanted to step out of the shower, the light was once again off and you couldn’t see a single thing. An even louder whine erupted from your mouth and you quickly grabbed your towel and wrapped it around you, trying to find the light switch again.

After switching the light on again, you threw the door open, being met with a cheekily grinning Beomgyu right in front of you. You almost stumbled back a bit at how close he was. Your baffled, surprised face must have told everything, as the tall boy began to giggle uncontrollably. His arms sneaked around your waist, pulling you closer to his chest. He didn’t mind the water seeping through his dry clothes.

“What-“ you stuttered wide-eyed, being now in your boyfriends warm embrace, rather than the warm water before. You would dare saying, you enjoy and prefer this place more than anywhere else. Even your beloved showers.

“Oh Y/N...why are you so cute? And innocent? I’m sorry, it’s just so heart wrenching.” He cradled your warm cheeks into his hands, beaming down at you, his smile reaching his eyes fully. You still looked at him with big, round eyes, not knowing what he was talking about. His hand stroke over your wet hair lovingly.

Suddenly it doomed you. Of course! You gasped in exasperation, hitting Beomgyus shoulder in the process. “Beomgyuu! That was you?!” He threw his head back and laughed heartily, a sound that you loved to hear so much. Despite his actions, you still felt the familiar warmth spreading throughout your whole body. It was so comforting.

“I’m sorry, baby. I just couldn’t resist, you know? It was just so funny.” He tried to justify himself, his face coming closer to yours again. He affectionately rubbed his nose against yours, luring out an earnest smile on your lips.

“Don’t ever do this again or I might really have to hit you.” You pouted, hands sneaking around his waist. He nodded giggling, forehead now against yours. He muttered a faint sorry.

“And I really asked you to help me, god.” You felt his body shake from laughter against yours. “It’s a genius idea though, you have to admit.” He had one of his playful grins plastered onto his face, making him seem even more child-like. You beamed up to him and ruffled his hair in adoration.

“Sometimes I’m glad we don’t live together.” You gave him a gentle pat on his cheek before freeing yourself from his grip, waddling to your bedroom, ignoring the small puddle that had formed beneath you.

You heard Beomgyu complain playfully behind you, trying to catch up with you. All you could do was laugh at his absolutely adorable attempts. Dear god, how do you actually love this boy so much?
