You guys clearly know I only tend to talk one ship. ;)

(Seriously, when other people post these, do they have like seventeen different ships or fandoms that they talk about, or do people just ask them at random and hope they’ve heard of that show? I sometimes wonder if I’m internetting wrong, but this seems to be working well!!)

Okay, here goes…

Who accidentally pushes a door instead of pulling/vice versa?Trapper. He strikes me as a bit of a klutz, all muscle andno grace. Hawkeye, in comparison, is kinda gangly but somehow graceful.

Who doodles little hearts all over the desk with theirinitials inside them?Trapper, but he usually hides them afterwards. Hawkeye finds one on the blotter on their desk and finds it adorable.

Who starts the tickle fights?Hawkeye. He’s ludicrously tactile and any excuse to touch,especially fun touching, is fine by his logic!

Who starts the pillow fights?Trapper. To end the tickle fights.

Who falls asleep last, watching the other with a smallaffectionate smile?A little of Trap, a little of Hawk. When Trap does it, he’smore subtle: Hawkeye conks out, tired from work, and Trapper just watches himquietly. Hawkeye being the more energetic one, sometimes doesn’t fall asleepright away, but he’s bouncy and talkative. Trapper knows Hawkeye is awake as he’sdrifting off, can sense him leaning over him, and knows from experience that hehas that sappy smile on his face. “Quit smirkin’ at me,” he says, unable tostop from chuckling. “Shan’t,” Hawkeye teases, and he kisses him. Trapper smiles.“Go to sleep.”

Who mistakes salt for sugar?Trapper. Food-sniffer Hawkeye would never mistake salt for sugar.

Who lets the microwave play the loud beeping sound at 1am inthe morning?Hawkeye because he’s no good at functioning when he’s halfasleep. Then the microwave beeps and Trapper mutters at him because he woke himup.

Who comes up with cheesy pick up lines?Oh come on, that’s Hawkeye to a tee!

Who rearranges the bookshelf in alphabetical order?Trapper. Hawkeye is messy and chaotic. Trapper organises forstress relief. He’s also used to living in a small space having grown up in theslums and with strict parents, so he has a neat streak.

Who licks the spoon when they’re baking brownies?Hawkeye. Trapper thinks it’s icky. Hawkeye does it more to annoyhim. Trapper tries desperately to wash the spoon before Hawkeye lick it.Hawkeye complains that Trapper is wasting good batter.

Who buys candles for dinners even though there’s no specialoccasion?Trapper. Hawkeye finds it corny – he only ever usedcandlelight dinners to seduce somebody – but Trapper was married for years andknows how the value of romance in a long term relationship, and honestly overthe years had come to enjoy it.

Who draws little tattoos on the other with a pen?Hawkeye. It winds Trapper up no end, but he leaves them onfor a day or so anyway.

Who comes home with a new souvenir magnet every time they goon vacation?Hawkeye. Magnets, t-shirts, silly hats, you name it.

Who convinces the other to fill out those couple surveys inthe back of magazines?Trapper does them when he’s bored, but Hawkeye gets actuallyenthusiastic about it. Trapper makes comments about how he wishes he’d neverintroduced Hawkeye to the damned things, but he has a smile on his face andHawkeye knows he enjoys it really.
