ELECTRICITY FLASHED LIKE LIGHTNING AS CRACKLES OF ENERGY SPAT FROM THE CEILING, THE POWER IN THE TOWER TURNING OFF TO SHROUD EVERYONE IN A PITCH BLACK. It was fortunate that Betty possessed dark vision and could see perfectly in the shadows — unfortunate that she had to witness his limp body sinking slowly and HUNGERED SHARKS beginning to VULTURE.

MORTIFIED, the cabaret vampire swallowed her fear to dive head first in after him, agilely nabbing the shark bait right before one of the large creatures SNAPPED DOWN IT’S JAWS. That’s definitely going to be a memory that haunts her nightmares.

Shivering and still making an effort to gasp in air through FROZEN CHILL, Betty pressed down firmly on Vox’s chest several times, trying to get more liquid out of his waterlogged body. God knows how long he’s been sinking.

Destitute didn't go out much these days. Staying in an abandoned building, it was a bit of a risk going in and out of his abode. Not many found him, and when they did, most would be killed. So when he heard footsteps, the fallen overlord would stand cautiously. Keeping an ear out, and pulling a scalpel out of one of his pockets. Sneaking towards the entrance of the building, and going to slice at the other before his eyes widened in realization. Dropping his scalpel, leaning down to pick it up and pocket it once more.

"Your highness."

He would fold his arms into a bow, before standing back up. He had to be careful, he had no more power. All his contracted souls having been taken out from under him when he 'died.'

"I....Can't say I was expecting you."

Ozzies was a regular stop when in lust. Mostly because of the attention he gets as he walks in. The kind he doesn’t even pay for. The incubi and sucubi up at his side wanting his attention as his gaze lands on Asmodeus despite his disguise he already knew it was him by those eyes. So of course getting away from the others he’s already up at Ozzie’s side.

"...ah." Clearly she dislikes her options here-- having to choose between an angel (fallen as she may be) or her one and only rival is vastly unpleasant. It's also fairly easy, which only adds to the unpleasantness.

That “character has same mental illness as me” to defend shitty actions of Hazbin/Helluva characters is such bull. Mental illness can make you think and do awful things ((spoken as someone with mental illnesses that have driven me to some dark places)) but they don’t excuse you from your actions..

Most people ((many likely equally mentally ill)) are mad about the HazbinH/HelluvaB characters because they are not written like an attempt at communicating like..

“we’re suffering and trying our best please understand us”,

Instead they’re written like a vent, like..

“we choose to be shitty people and you should just deal with it fuckface. 🖕🖕🖕”

or

“we’ve been hit by the consequences of our own actions please pity us 🥺 *does the same shitty thing again with no remorse *”

I agree, I believe some of the Helluva Boss fans forget who they're relating to are like assholes regardless of the mental issues they have but they ignore the asshole-ish part for some reason.

On top of psychonauts I’m working on this cool fanfic I’m mixing these universes together in a fun original (Maybe not original) Way I just hope more people enjoy this because It hasn’t made waves yet.

I love Charlastor as a ship and the fluff coming out of the fandom, but I’ve kind of been dying for a ship dynamic that brings out Alastor’s manipulative and evil side versus the caring/supporting partner that I’ve seen going around. 

He’s one of the most evil characters on the show, and I’d love to see their relationship reflect on what that means for how he treats Charlie. He was raised in the old south, and consistently holds to southern manners. He’s twisted it in that he is nothing but polite, but it’s in that superficial way in which you’d be perfectly nice and helpful before turning around and doing something utterly despicable, except that Alastor wouldn’t care who saw him (in fact, he would be happy to be seen). 

If there’s one thing that you can tell about Alastor, it’s that he likes to be seen, likes to be heard (but only when HE allows it). He was a serial killer in life (according to the Wiki, working off that info and the pilot) and I’d totally imagine him to be a Hannibal Lector sort of killer, prone to displaying his kills for people to see and talk about.    

He’d be perfectly charming towards Charlie and treat her like an actual jewel, especially towards the beginning when she’s naive enough to fall for that act. He’d, of course, not hesitate to destroy anyone who goes after her, showing off and often wanting her to watch (though he wouldn’t make her at first, just conveniently staging it so that the “kills” happened in her eye view). He would see it as a form of showing his love for her. He’d see everything he’s been doing for the hotel as a sort of courting gift for her (on top of the amusement he got from the entire process). He would completely feed into her desires and steadily build a dependency to him.  

Of course, he wouldn’t notice until it was much too late to see that she was unintentionally creating a dependency to her as well, so a co-dependent relationship is formed as a result. Alastor is consistently either alone or among people who despise or fear him and someone as sweet and theatrical as Charlie would be like a breath of fresh air. He eventually gets to the point where he realizes he would kill whoever attempted to take her away from him or kill her himself if she tried to leave him. 

Charlie is still there, sunshine and rainbows, with a murderous boyfriend who won’t hesitate to screw you over. She’s aware of it all to a certain extent, but only in the sense that since she’s grown up in Hell (and around her father, Lucifer, one of the most evil and powerful beings in hell), she doesn’t exactly have the awareness to say that Alastor is top tier bad guy and what he’s doing with her isn’t normal versus, say, her hanging around/interaction with Angel or someone in Hell for lower level crime. 

I mean, you could say Vaggie would have taught her some things about what is or isn’t healthy, or talked/warned her about him but, in her defense, Vaggie is just as quick to destroy something or someone in Charlie’s defense so it doesn’t seem all that different in Alastor’s case. 

Charlie gets someone who believes in her and supports her and her projects and Alastor gets someone who literally brightens his day and would not willingly leave him.

She hated asking for help, especially if it’s from her aunts or uncles. But they are having trouble and who’s better to ask advice from than the sin of greed himself right? He knew all that advertising good stuff. So of course she shows up with an appointment! She doesn’t to just show up on him of course, he’s a busy man after all!

“Uncle mammon! It’s so good to see you!” Charlie grins as she comes up to the larger demon.

Husk with a very lucky and powerful black panther demon who wins almost every time in casino games, to the point people think he's plain off cheating? He also wins 85% of the time on slot machines, and even owns his own casino, which is the most famous one in all of hell, it's called The Shadow's Casino, and Husk proooobably went there before.

I have to say, dear, that you certainly know how to provide detail! However, for the sake of this being a general headcanons blog, lets try to keep things a little more generic in the future. It helps make sure more than one person can enjoy a post! If you’d like something specific, feel free to take a look at my commissions post! I’d be happy to get as specific as you like 👍

Husk x Panther Gambler:

A cat match made in hell! Husk met you when he was checking out The Shadow Casino. Far Ritzier a place than he was used to for sure, but as famous as it was it necessitated some exploration. The place was showy. Bright lights and noise. This is why Husk preferred simple cards. He had made his way over to the poker area and had himself dealt in when the Casino’s owner sat down at the table. He watched as two or three other card players immediately folded out with what they had. After losing the last of the money he’d come in with, Husk had a feeling he knew why they’d left.

You and he had a chat about gambling after that, as well as other hobbies and interests. Despite winning all his money, Husk decided you weren’t awful to be around. He came back more than a few times to try his luck against yours. He didn’t bet near as much cash as the first time as the first time, though. He's not a fool.  You two struck up an unlikely friendship as time passed. Then it turned into something a little more. You started seeing each other outside of the flashy casino. Places the two of you could be more quiet and alone.

Husk never liked his demon form much. Being a cat, and one with wings no less, had never set right with him. He admires your form quite a bit more. Panthers are so much more regal looking. So powerful. He makes sure to tell you this as the two of you lounge together. Sometimes, if you're lucky enough and can get husk just the right amount of tipsy and tired, he'll idly groom you as you relax together. But of course, you've always been rather lucky.
