had the funniest fucking customers today
#so this old couple comes in w/ their grandson right. the guy broke the power button on his phone#like it was sideways in the phone#so i check and see he doesnt have device protection so he can basically deal or get a new phone#he starts bitching and moaning that the phone is defective and he didnt break it and its our problem#meanwhile the child keeps asking for a phone and insists that you can still turn it on and off and its fine#which is fucking hilarious bc hes like 8 and his grandparents r arguing the exact opposite#manager explains the exact same thing abt 4 times til the kid just explains how his grandmother broke the damn thing#AS THEYRE TRYING TO PROVE THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING#at one point the old man gets all sarcastic and goes so i just throw it in the garbage#AND THE FUCKING KID IS LIKE 'can i have it? :D' and i fucking lost it#they finally left after my manager was just done dealing with them but man that kid made it hilarious#it was just insane that theyre all like 'oh i cant turn it off its defective i never broke it it just randomly did that'#as the kid says. the exact fucking opposite. every time. and they just ignore it.
