do you ever think about the fact that everyone from the fbc was moved to the bsaa after it got closed but neil decided to join terrasave because breaking through claire's defences was probably easier than do all that work with chris

#the fact that he showed up in her life around the time the harvardville scandals and that penamstan fuck up happened #swinging in like a hero and getting close to her to climb the hierarchy #and sure she never told him about the chip as we know BUT she was obviously vulnerable due to all the guilt #he took advantage of her in the vilest of ways then tried to switch the record when he didn't have any leverage left #she never cried for him. she didn't even care that much #i find it interesting that in the jp dub she respects him on some level but doesn't think much of him #meanwhile eng dub plays heavily on that angle that she was strung along until the very end #personally i cherry pick a little from both but oof i wish we had the whole picture #it's so messed up to me that the one time she trusts someone as blindly as she does with neil #not only he sends her to die but leaves her to live with a virus that has no cure because #it works on a different level than anything that's existed before
