Finn made it a point to get down to the village as soon as he possibly could once heat week started. It was partially to get out of the suite and get some fucking privacy in the town home but this time he stopped at Cannabites. He'd already taken time off of work to deal with his heat which Shade had been cool with but then Finn heard about what happened to Seth last night. He liked the young witch well enough from the few interactions they had when the kid came by looking for his cousin Bradley and Finn heard things from Shade too. Living with Bradley was how he got the intel before Shade reached out and dude wasn't answering his texts so showing up in person was how this was going to go. He made sure to pick up some suppressants from the pharmacy along the way and pop them so he could maintain some semblance of control over himself in public.

He wasn't sure if he was surprised to see Shade working at Cannabites when he walked downstairs. The most shocking thing was seeing a puppy happily hanging behind the bar and attracting quite a bit of attention from the few patrons out and about. "D'you fuckin' know how to answer your phone?" the older demon demanded, still a bit edgy even with the suppressants. "I heard what happened, how're ye doin'? There anything I can do?"
