A customer from New Jersey drove into Brooklyn for fast Express Chain Stitch Hemming service on his new pair of 21oz. Iron Heart jeans. The fastest of our two express hemming options is Same-Day, which is done in about 20 minutes, while the customer waits. Instead of the usual, matching the original yellow thread colors, he requested customized red chain stitching at the inside of the hem and burnt orange topstitching that matched one of the main stitch colors. Retiring my heavyweight denimmfor the season. Living in LA, there is only a few moths of the year you can wear heavyweight denim comfortably. So I always take advantage of the opportunity. This year the two pairs in main rotation were my @freenotecloth 20oz and @onidenimco 20oz Secret Denim. I started both pairs this year and got 60 wears on the Freenote and 80 wears on the Oni.
