i wonder if when grian died in double life he felt guilty. i wonder if as his eardrums burst and his heart caved in he felt like the jury proclaiming his own guilt. i wonder if he knew in the end this would happen, again and again, doomed to never be apart from scar and yet never be able to be together. i wonder if he looked down and for the second time he saw sand and scars blood on his hands.
