Shinsou sighs, loud and disappointed ( and a little dramatic).

“All these flavors, and you choose to be salty. Enjoy the experience of getting ice cream at 3 AM.” He takes his ice cream cup from the tired college student manning the shop. After fumbling with his wallet, he hands over a bill to pay.

"If you don't decide on something before he gives me back my change, I'm taking back my good deed for tonight and letting you pay for your own." Taking the tiny spoon from his cup, he scoops up a good amount of ice cream and shoves it in his mouth. He hums, pleased at his post patrol treat. This is how one should decompress from a long day (night).

"This and coffee are the reasons I bother to get up at all." Oh and his job, but that's a hit or miss at times. His cat too...

Naruto offers Itachi a smile.

“Sasuke must be stoked you’re here,” he says scratching his cheek. The smile dims somewhat.  More than stoked he tells himself. Shaking that thought from his mind, Naruto finds himself unable to say anything for a moment. 

Until he finally remembers the question he wanted to ask when he found out somehow Uchiha Itachi was with them. 

“How did ya...yanno not go with the others by the way?”
