i do not believe that the vast majority of you enjoy offering to help strangers carry random objects for no reason. I do not believe that almost any of you, in your hearts, will look at a strange 40-something you've never met lugging a big bag full of groceries between their car and their house and even consider going "hey want a hand with that?"

this is not the main reason we are not the same, but it is one of them.
