I've been drawing Hetalia characters in historical uniforms and armour since last year and now I've put them all together chronologically. They should be more or less accurate and the times I put under the characters are meant as a guide, because the uniforms were obviously worn longer than only the year I put. I'll also continue this work with more characters. Because I have Germany and Prussia twice and I also added my OC Silesia. Prussia for #hetaliauniformau This actually was a parade uniform and not for the battlefield. 🔹I made 2 versions: The spike you know could be exchanged for various hat decorations for different situations and ranks. 🔹I also put two flags, because the second one on is from the German Empire and it looked like that in 1888 the year from which I took the uniform reference. But the flag of Prussia alone is the first one. So many details in this uniform🥴but I guess it was worth it. I created my first original character which is for my #hetaliauniformau 💛 Silesia 💙 was mentioned in Hetalia during the wars between Austria and Prussia but did not get a character. So I made one myself😉 🔹Watching Hetalia woke my interest for my family's history and since we're from Silesia originally, during my research I came across the "Schlesische Landwehr" who fought for Prussia against Napoleon. That's the origin of his uniform. 🔹There are two flags because the first one is for the province Silesia as a whole and the yellow blue one is for Upper Silesia, that still exists as a region of Poland today.
