I dunno do other oc creators feel this but it's kinda wild looking back on your OCs and seeing how much they've changed
#oc tag#i mean this isnt applicable to just ocs im just thinking about it in that context#but like i remember someone saying casually in the tags of one of my riku posts 'oh its so cool to see how much he's changed'#and i went back and looked and damn you're right#he's changed so much and yet his core is still the same#im really happy of how far he's come#not to get emotionally attached to characters i created but i think hes close to being four years old#as in hes existed for 4 years#and like god damn thats so wild#even hikaru and yuna actually#hikaru ive had for a few months now and they've changed a bit#and yuna has been around for maybe 2 years? shes changed too#none as much as riku cause that he's easily my golden child but damn#this was inspired by the fact I've redesigned his black mask outfit#and i was looking at the old one and even other things like how i do his hair (although thats more my style changing)#have changed a lot#idk something something he's grown with me as i improve in skills and develop as a person#cheesy as hell i know but still#we self reflecting tonight comrades
