After making one of my own and really looking at it I appreciate ferrymans fucked up little halo so much more
#the fact halos are a symbol of holiness and Ferryman has a broken one. or even just an incomplete one. whichever#showing that he will never be 100% pure or holy not matter how hard he tries because he was already designated a sinner#his holy cloth having divine energy on it that imbues nearby things with divine energy (idols)#idols being carved by ferrymen and having both hell mass and holy energy#ferryman is just. at this grey area of sin and worship and the divine and it turns me insane#hes a sinner hes trapped in hell he doesnt want to be here he can never leave but he cant go to heaven no matter how hard he tries#he guides people to their place in hell and works with angels and for them#despite his devotion he is seen as corrupt by the very thing he worships !#(smashes him again the wall like a webkinz full of milk)
