a/n: complicated cause like 95% of his anxieties and compulsions are related to the very real problems of Literally Being An Object and also Being Isolated His Whole Life, but yeah, I do think he can also have a sprinkle of compulsory mental rituals along with the rest of his mental health problems. as a treat

#not easy being in a castle by yourself with only a prophecy to keep you going #you develop some weird mental health issues!#and i really do think that the worst of ralseis mental health issues arent crazy obvious in canon just because a)#he's in a genuinely good place mentally cause he's no longer alone and he's having very fun adventures #and b) he has this tendency to just ignore or downplay distressing subject matter #does that mean he necessarily has ocd in canon? idk. maybe not #but what it Does mean is that it makes sense for a precanon ralsei to have much more blatantly obvious mental health issues #especially if he's as meta aware as blog ralsei happens to be #his specific situation absolutely is a breeding ground for ocd i will say that much
