肥前山口き電区分所 (旧) の所内機器が撤去された

肥前山口き電区分所は佐世保線の複線化による機能強化で敷地面積が確保できなくなったことから、2022年9月のダイヤ改正をもって現在の江北駅構内の旧施設から、場所を長崎･佐世保方に移した新施設に役割を引き継いだ。

旧施設の所内の機器はその後しばらくのあいだ残されていたが、2023年6月に見にいったところ撤去されていた。

撤去前2022年11月の状態。ガス遮断器 GCB や HMCR 装置を構成する機器があり、上空に所内母線も残っている。

コンクリート架台を残し、据え付けられていた機器は撤去された。

肥前山口き電区分所の旧施設は、1976年の長崎･佐世保線の電化開業時に建設されて以降、46年のあいだ稼働してきた。

電化の計画時、長崎線と佐世保線の分岐点であるこの場所には変電所を設置する案も検討されたようだが、ところは有明粘土層と呼ばれる地質が白石付近で地下 20m に達する軟弱地盤地域であるから、これを避けた地点に佐賀変電所と三間坂変電所が置かれた。

2023.6 旧施設を江北駅構内側から見たようす。ここには以前、き電区分所から引き出した き電線を各方面に分配するためのヤグラが建っていた。

撤去前・新施設へ切り換え前の2022年8月。写真中央に、平面図で見るとほぼ正方形のヤグラがある。このヤグラは10月～11月の間に撤去されたみたいだ。

Google Maps の空中写真は2023年12月時点でまだ撤去前。撤去後に撮影されたもので置き換わるのは時間の問題だろう。

ほぼ同じ視点の2022年10月のようす。断路器は残ってはいるけれど、そこに接続されていたき電線どうしは右上のあたりで直結されている。

このような「あとかたづけ」が現在も長崎・佐世保線の至るところで行われているはずだ。

肥前飯田-多良駅間にある長崎本線のき電区分所。1976年の電化開業時に建設された。

隣接する諫早変電所と、佐賀変電所・三間坂変電所のうち肥前山口き電区分所で選択されたほうが、このき電区分所で突き合わされる。

右側、肥前山口・佐賀方から見ていく。

「肥前山口方面」の引き出し口。TFは右側・肥前山口方にしばらくいったところにある異相区分セクションまで続いて、その先の電車線につながってる。

肥前山口方面の引き出し口の下付近。右から単巻変圧器AT、所内変圧器OT、避雷器、断路器だろうか。断路器は閉じてる開いてるみたいだ。その左は2組のAT-SPコンデンサとその保護装置っぽい。

AT-SPコンデンサは、き電区分所の2台のATの中間にあるTF (トロリ線) とAF (ATき電線) に直列にコンデンサを入れて、延長き電時の電圧降下を補償するもの。1990年に肥前飯田SPで効果試験が実施され、良好な結果を残したうえで使用されている。

コンデンサ保護装置の左は遮断器、断路器。こっちの断路器は開放されてる閉じてある。その左は重なって写ってるけど、計器用変圧器VTと避雷器かな。上のほうに諫早方面の引き出し口。

避雷器の左はおそらく高調波共振抑制用のHMCR装置と、そこに混ざるAT。右から基本波電流抑制用のコンデンサ2台、AT、分流リアクトル、インピーダンス整合用の抵抗器2台と、少し離れたところにもう一台の分流リアクトル。

このHMCR装置も1989年に長崎本線で試験を実施したうえで、従来のCR装置に代わって全国のATき電回路に導入された。

一番左、正門側は高圧配電系。所内用と思しき単相変圧器とその下、キュービクルの左の変圧器のような機器は電圧降下補償用のSVRだろうか。

高配部分には電力会社の配電線が引き込んである。信号高配の電源をここから購入電力でまかなえたりするのかな。わからないけど。

「諫早方面」の引き出し口。TFは目の前の電車線につながる。
