Workshopping a new term, have been for awhile. Its

Delusionary-; A prefix to a gender or term that relates to having delusions of something. Only for people with delusions.

Some evidence for the date (its an image that says the same thing as above).

Examples:

DelusionaryDoctor: where one believes they are a Doctor based on delusions.

DelusionaryDocGender: where one believes their gender is related to being a Doctor.

Some other terms in mind:

Imaginary- Prefix. Not exclusive.

Example:

ImaginaryRainbow: Where you imagine you are a rainbow, relate to rainbows, are friends with rainbows etc.

Favoric-. Exclusive to those with Personality disorders.

Example:

FavoricPlush: Where Your favorite (thing) is a plush.
