During my house hunt, I was also looking for all these features. I went online and started my research about real estate and builders in Chennai and came across a lot of articles that stated some of the booming areas such as Chengalpet, Tambaram, OMR Etc., of which I found Chengalpetmore affordable and had a good selection of houses for rent in Chennai. It had the best connectivity to my office, the environment was safe and since it’s a booming the location has a very good number of budget and luxury homes for rent and for sale.
There are a lot of properties in Chengalpet for rent that are very much affordable. In fact, it has a lot to offer such as easy rail and road connectivity, close vicinity to major colleges and IT parks, Industrial areas and SIPCOT. These properties also have all great facilities such as clean groundwater, pollution-free atmosphere, lovely neighbours, easy access to provisions and entertainment and best of all very peaceful environment that prospective tenants look for.
