#anne speaks#there was a queue for my dept of an hour when i left work yesterday#that's gonna be the same if not worse today#which also means i am NOT getting permission to attend my weekly meeting for the newsletter i help write#because 'thats not what you were hired for' and 'we need you on the phones'#how am i - a singular person - supposed to reduce the call queues lmao#plus im travelling with my mum which means i can't put on my noise cancelling headphones for the morning commute#i love my mum but the train station without noise cancelling headphones?? at 7am??? HELL#also no music :c#also the whole day started with me waking up from the shittiest dream so. it's all great and fine and dandy
