#how the hell do you pronounce gouache?!?!

I wasn't sure if Tumblr would be happy with me posting nips so I covered them up. I am still new and I know some places are funny about artistic nudity.

My mental health hasn't been fabulous recently and one of the things that has suffered the most is my artwork. I used to do art every other day, and loved it. Then slowly I stopped and the process and enjoyment became terrifying instead. I was stuck and my enjoyment lost to me.

Recently I sat down with my sister and just let myself go a bit. I tried a new medium using Gouache which I have never used before and this sort of came out on the paper.

Art-ing is therapeutic and I think telling myself it was okay to just mess around really helped. Having someone to sit with to do it also helped loads.
