#hm yeah just realized I've been so stressed out these past two days that all I ate in a 48 hr period was two cups of noodles#I just had a nice meal of lamb with rice and mini cukes with hummus so yes I've eaten#I just need to start recognizing when I get so stressed out my appetite vanishes entirely#for anyone else who has this issue those little Ensure drinks are a good thing to have on hand#especially the caramel those little dudes are so good#however it does look like I'm getting promoted at work so yaaay
