HUNONGAN COVE

Hunongan Cove is a resort providing premiere accommodation in one of the secluded islands in Caramoan. It is being developed and managed by the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur. The Hunongan Cove is 10 minutes boat ride from Gota Beach Resort which is also partner management.

HOW TO GET THERE:

By Land (Direct Bus from Naga to Caramoan, Boat from Gota Beach to Hunongan Cove)

From Naga City Bus Terminal, You may ride the bus that goes directly and drops you off at Caramoan terminal. You have to take note of the bus trip schedules. The earliest trip is 3am. Taking the bus will cost you P220 but probably the safest way to get there. Travel time to Caramoan by bus will take you 4 hours to get there.

From Caramoan terminal, you take a tricycle or rent a motorcycle ride going to Gota Beach Resort. (Or you can make some earlier arrangements on service with Gota Beach Resort which is a partner management of Hunongan Cove to pick you up from your drop off point). From Gota Beach Resort, you ride a boat going to Hunongan Cove which is just a 10 minutes ride.  

By Sea (Van from Naga to Sabang Port, Boat from Sabang Port to Port Guijalo, Boat from Gota Beach to Hunongan Cove)

From Naga City Van Terminal (Near Saint Joseph School), you may ride the van going to San Jose/ Sabang and drop off at Sabang Port. Travel time to Sabang Port by van will take you an hour and half to get there. Taking the van, it will cost you P80. From Sabang Port, you take the boat ride going to Port Guijalo in Caramoan. Boat ride will cost you P150 and terminal fee of P5. There is also a schedule for the boat trips. Earliest trip is 6am. Travel time by boat going to Port Guijalo will take you 2 hours to get there.  

From Port Guijalo, you take a tricycle or rent a motorcycle ride going to Gota Beach Resort. (Or you can make some earlier arrangements on service with Gota Beach Resort which is a partner management of Hunongan Cove to pick you up from your drop off point). From Gota Beach Resort, you ride a boat going to Hunongan Cove which is just a 10 minutes ride.

It was such a privilege to have stay in one of the premiere accommodations in Caramoan because of our team building. Hunongan Cove is a paradise with no wifi, signal and mobile data. Just a spectacular view of the island, clear blue waters, fine white sands and great accommodation. Your perfect getaway to a total retreat from social media. (No wonder they chose this for our team building. To built a more personal connection with the people you work with. Let’s admit it, we easily get bored without internet these days. In this island, your phone will have no use here. And it is all up to you on how will you spent your days in the island so that your stay will be worthwhile).

Imagine waking up to this kind of view in the morning as you sip your favorite morning drink to keep you going.

This is what a team is. Family. Looking out for one other while being crazy at the same time. They are the reason why it was worth it and why this team building turned out well somehow. 

Off course, boodle fight is part of team building. Featuring PGO and Multimedia Team with hungry faces. 

Awra in Caramoan as if you are not sick and haven’t been through a traumatic sea travel experience. Hahahaha yup, I have a cold and flu during my entire stay at Hunongan Cove and I also have phobia in sea travel after I went to Calaguas last year. Let’s not get in the way for a picture perfect beachin’ in this beautiful island.
