here's a very rambly & hopefully somewhat organised plotting/starter call for the event. i'm capping each muse at 3 starters each, and 5 threads per mun, though if you dm me either here or discord wanting more than 5 I'll probably say yes 🤷‍♀️ reply to this for starters, or like it & I'll hit you up for plotting.

arizona robbins: went in willingly (open to death)

arizona is a doctor, and when she heard screams coming from inside the maze there was no way she was standing around outside while people could be in the dying. now she's wandering around trying to find people to help. starters:

like arizona, he thought he would be more help from inside the maze, but now he's more worried about trying to find jo and make sure she's okay, as well as his son who he is hoping is still with the babysitter at home and not somehow also in this maze. starters:

there is no way barbie was walking into a creepy corn maze on her own free will, but now that she's here everyone better just make sure they watch their step as she stays on the ground, hoping if she doesn't move nothing bad can happen. starters:

though she's a doctor, and can help people, charlotte is spending a lot of her time worried about her children outside the maze, but is also trying her hardest to find the few people in town she actually knows and likes. starters: amelia shepherd, addison Montgomery,

cleo is just getting over remembering that she was murdered a few months ago, and now she's trapped in what she thought was just a fun halloween experience. she just hopes there's no water anywhere around because she doesn't want to end up with a tail in the middle of a maze. starters: rikki Chadwick,

diegos main concern is finding out that bree is okay, and he's not stopping until he's searched every square inch of the maze for her. if someone is bleeding around him, he may be tempted to stop for a bit of a snack, he is still a newborn afterall. starters: bree tanner,

edmund was under the impression this was just how halloween was celebrated, though the disappearing entrance has given him pause. he's now hoping that his children aren't in here as well as he's heard some rather unpleasant goings on. starters: eloise bridgerton,

enola is naturally inquisitive, and clearly hasn't learned from all the previous events in this city, so she decided she'd check out the maze and is now wishing she'd waited for eloise or sherlock to be free to come with her, because she has no idea how she's meant to get back out. starters:

ginny has had a confusing few weeks, and now she's trapped in a corn maze the size of most of dc? she just wants out, whether that means scaling the walls or actually finding the exit she doesn't care. starters:

harvey was certain that he would be the master of this maze, but it's been a while and he seems no closer to getting out than he did when he walked in. he just hopes he finds his way out soon, he's getting hungry and his magic isn't working properly. starters:

POST EVENT PLOTTING/STARTER CALL !!

just a quick recap of all my muses post event, both those who died, and those who suffered in other ways ;) there's some plots that i'd be down for with some of my muses under the cut! limit of 3 starters per muse and 3 per mun!! TW for mental health & murder mostly.

atticus 'link' lincoln:

link believes he's happily married to jo, because we can't have him having too much heartbreak. he remembers nothing about his real life, not that he has a kid, he was living in seattle before arriving in dc, nothing. he believes he's lived in dc most of his life, and settled down in a nice house with jo once they got married. he is still working as an orthepedic surgeon at the local hospital. plots: fake siblings, friends, colleagues starters:

albus dumbledore:

albus is 100% keeping to himself since getting out of jail. he can't handle the stares and comments he gets on the street, so he's most likely at home, perhaps venturing out every now and again to get himself some food. he still remembers nothing about his life pre-dc and is starting to question what he thinks he knows about himself entirely. plots: friends, a confidant, someone he can confide in and that won't judge him for what he did, also many many people to judge him, perhaps someone to help him get his memories back? in whatever way that entails.

bonnie bennett:

introducing happy go lucky bonnie bennett. she remembers she's a witch, but has no idea about any of the trauma she went through during her teens/early adult years. she's living it up in dc, using magic for whatever she needs to, and sadly does not remember the love of her life, enzo. plots: friends, flirtationship, fake family. starters:

carly shay:

carly arrived in dc not too long before the murders ended, and she very much wants to go home, or find her loved ones again and make sure they're alive. she doesn't know many people in town besides sam and Freddie, and she doesn't know what she'd do if she lost them. plots: honestly anything, friends, enemies, all the good stuff. starters:

cleo sertori:

cleo is a blank slate, the girl doesn't even remember she's a mermaid, which could be interesting the first time she takes a shower or gets rained on after waking up. she thinks she's from dc, she may have even adopted a fake american accent instead of her standard australian one. plots: fake family, friends, enemies, someone to find her with a tail when she inevitably gets wet. starters:

edmund bridgerton:

edmund is stressed. he woke up in dc in the height of the murders, and is now absolutely terrified that any of his family may have been caught up in the events that happened. he is roaming the streets of the city trying to find anybody he knows from home, whether that's family, friends, preferably his wife. plots: someone to explain to him what on earth the future is. starters:

embry call:

embrys' first guess on who was committing all the murders was vampires, and he was telling anyone who would listen, so perhaps he's feeling a little stupid right now. he just wants to make sure that nothing like this happens again, and is looking for anyone he knows to make sure they're safe. plots: friends, found family, other werewolves, perhaps a vampire to show him that some are better than others. starters:

enola holmes:

enola spent the duration of the murders locked in her room, scrolling the internet to find out any information about what was going on. trying to find clues to help solve them, and she's feeling rather defeated that she didn't solve a single one, but she was fairly certain sherlock didn't either, so that reassures her slightly. plots: friends, perhaps a love interest. starters:

ginny miller:

ginny got here after the murders finished, which she is thanking her lucky stars for, though everybody in town seems very stressed, which is kind of ruining the vibe of her summer. she believes she's here on a last summer getaway before she starts college in the fall. she remembers nothing about her real life. plots: friends, a love interest, anything really, she's new to town. starters:

laurent da revin:

laurent was fairly amused by the murders taking place in town, finding it a prime opportunity for a meal here and there that raised no eyebrows. he's now glad things are somewhat back in order, though he's going to miss the chaos. he's most likely going to be hanging out with his besties james and riley. sorry vic. plots: friends, found family, love interest? starters:

lexie grey:

all lexie wants to do is breakdown, like she did after the shooting at seattle grace, but she can't, despite losing one of her best friends, she's now responsible for the life of baby luna, and she can't risk anything happening to luna. she's going to be absolutely heartbroken when she realised that jo and link don't remember anything, but she will be doing all she can to protect luna, with the help of mark. plots: friends, found family since none of hers are in town, perhaps a rival. starters:

lily luna potter:

both lily lunas siblings, and her dad plus various other family members i lost count of died during the murder spree, so she's not taking it super well. she still doesn't understand how she's got her memories back, but she's seeking vengeance against those who hurt her family. plots: friends, anything really. starters:

lola fleming narcisse:

lola is going to be absolutely distraught to realise that kenna has no memories of her, or john. she's going to be spending all her time trying to help kenna regain her memories, and spending any other spare time with mary. at least one of her best friends remembers her. plots: friends, give this girl some friends, make her open up to strangers, found family starters:

mariana adams foster:

mariana hasn't really left her apartment since she found callies body. it's absolutely traumatising finding your sister dead in a park, despite callies lack of memories. she may venture out here and there for food, or retail therapy though. plots: friends, found family. starters:

melissa glaser:

melissas' woken up as a bakery owner, again. find her from around 3am baking cupcakes, donuts and serving hot filter coffee for the people of downtown dc. having memories was very short lived for my gal. plots: friends, fake family, loyal customers starters:

mika yasuda:

mika arrived in town, and the next day people started being murdered. she spent the majority of her first two weeks locked inside the hospital, sleeping when she could in on call rooms, but now she had a spare room at carina delucas house, and she couldn't be more grateful. plots: friends, found family, colleagues, rival, love interest. starters:

moana waialiki:

moana loves an adventure, but that doesn't involve finding bodies as she wanders down the street. she wants to be in the ocean, so she's spending most of her time down by the water, whether that's in a boat or just dipping her toes in to feel more at home. plots: friends, found family, someone with a shared interest in the water. starters:

noel kahn:

noel has absolutely no idea what everybody's issues are. he arrived after the murders ended, and he's really just here for revenge. he's kinda mad that he was beheaded by emily, so he's going to take out his frustration on anyone he sees fit. plots: friends, someone to help him get his revenge. starters:

queen charlotte:

charlotte remembers absolutely nothing about the fact she is from the past. she believes she moved to dc a few months ago on business. she's perhaps on the look out for some friends. plots: friends, fake family, a love interest starters:

rebekah believes she's human. she doesn't believe in anything supernatural, thank you very much. she has a loving husband, and though she hasn't had any children of her own, she is a foster parent to a few older teens, even if some of them are over 18. she wants to give them the love she wanted growing up. she believes that her siblings are allison argent & ashley graham. plots: fake family, husband, foster kids, anyone that's not a mikaelson, friends starters:

april has a lot of her own stuff going on at the moment, so the last thing she wants is to have anything to do with valentines day. she’s going to be spending the night working in the er, so will definitely be around if something happens to your muse.

link finally got up the courage to invite his best friend that he’s 100% in love with out for valentines day (just as friends, obviously) and now she’s spitting mean statements about his hair at him? he’s a little upset, and link wants to go home, and is fighting the urge to say anything back at jo. He doesn’t want to ruin what almost could be.

jade running towards people with scissors isn’t a new thing in becks world, but her threatening him is. Generally it’s her threatening any other girl that beck talks to. beck will be doing whatever they can to fight jade off, without hurting her too bad, though who knows?

belle decided to sign up for the valentines event as a way to get out of the library, and now she’s feeling a lot of feelings she’s never really felt before. she’s a girl who knows how to defend herself though, so fingers crossed.

bonnie bennett || 23 || aware || paired with lorenzo st john

bonnie’s love for enzo has been completely clouded with the desire to kill him, infact, every feeling bonnie has, has now been clouded with her desire to kill, mainly enzo. she will be using her magic & doing whatever she has to do to take him out.

carrie bradshaw || 25 || aware || unaffected

carrie heard everything going on in town, and has decided to keep herself locked in her apartment for the time being. so if anybody else is living in the same apartment building as her and is unaffected, she may need some company.

cleo sertori || 29 || aware || unaffected

cleo chose the wrong night to go out for a swim. whoops. cleo can be found down at the moon pool, hiding out from the noise of the mayhem happening throughout the city, but who knows who’s lurking around to find her with a tail.

edwina sharma || 21 || unaware || paired with ??

edwina was looking for love, and now she’s overcome with the desire to kill her blind date? she’s a fairly self sufficient girl, but i can’t see this ending very well for her.

enola holmes || 20 || aware || unaffected

enola is confused enough about her feelings for tewkesbury, she doesn’t need to add an extra person into the mix. she’s spending the night now hiding out in the corner of the diner she took herself on a valentines date too. she might be available to help kick some ass, or do her best to help out if anyone is injured.

Jo has literally just come back from the dead, and to celebrate she wanted a peaceful valentines dinner with her almost-husband, but when is anything ever peaceful in her life? she’s always been the cool, calm and collected twin, and now she’s got the desire to murder the love of her life. once she has either fought off the feeling, or murdered alaric, whichever comes first she will be ready to help out anybody else that is injured.

lola has decided now is the perfect time to get herself back out there. her estranged husband is stuck 500 years in the past, so there’s no harm in a simple blind date. or there shouldn’t be. this is going to bring a lot back for lola, who couldn’t hurt a fly, so she may end up back at square one, or unaware at the end of this.

lexie only just got mark back, now that they both remember who they really are, and if she can help it she isn’t losing him again. she’s going to try fight the urge to hurt him as much as she possibly can, but whatever will be, will be. if she does end up injuring him, you can guarantee she’s going to do everything she can to save his life, before going to see who else she can help.

lily luna isn’t one for fighting, so when she ends up stuck in the middle of the mayhem going on in the city, she isn’t going to be sure what to do. honestly someone make this girl be collateral damage in another couples fight just so she remembers who her family is please.

mariana is always one for spontaneity. so when she heard there was blind dates available on valentines day, she jumped at the opportunity. she’s new to town, after all. she’s going to do everything she can to fight the urge to murder her date, because that’s definitely not very cool.

matilda is going to be spending the night wandering the city on the lookout for her mother, hiding in the shadows to make sure she doesn’t end up in the middle of anyone elses drama, thank you very much.

melissa is going to be peacefully locked away in the bakery, making valentines treats for the masses. she wants absolutely no part in the drama whatsoever, thank you very much. but if she ends up caught up in it, and getting her memories back, that wouldn’t be too bad either.

mg is going to be hiding somewhere to avoid the smell of blood, so he doesn’t end up doing something he might regret in the morning. if anyone wants to have him potentially feed on their muse, let me know.

rebekah has decided the right thing to do when a bunch of people in town are being murdered by their loved ones, is to wander around trying to save people with her blood, despite her want to stay out of all of it.

whoops, rosalie really wants to kill emmett now, which probably wont end well for her with how much stronger than her he is. all she wanted was a nice human experience on valentines day and now she’s losing her mind.

if carina survives, and ends up being the one to kill her date, she will be feeling rather sorry for herself, but will probably try her hardest to help in anyway she can.

hailey is going to be staying home that night, though she will be worrying about what may have happened to her mother, not knowing where she is but knowing kate would kill her herself if she was to go out in whatever was happening outside.

rosa diaz || 33 || aware || paired with kate denali

rosa’s competition is a vampire, so lets be real. she’s probably going to end the night very much not alive. She won’t be going down without a fight though, she’s a trained police officer, and has a lot of obscure skills that could help her.

hi, guys! this is a STARTER CALL - just LIKE the post for a closed starter, and specify a muse if there’s someone you’d like in particular! here’s just a quick reminder of who my characters are and what happened to them during the event: 

poe dameron

mostly stayed out on the streets, sustained very minor injuries, helped people get to safety, also ran into kylo ren which was a nightmare. poe also found his mum and bb-8, plus his girlfriend went through hell and then got her memories back, so he’s all over the place. right now, he’s focused on taking care of the people he cares about most; his family and friends. 

lorna dane

after helping run the shelter for the first three days, she became very heavily affected and caused a lot of damage and attacked a lot of people. right now, lorna’s feeling guilty and worn out, and avoiding marcos because of that. their shelter’s still full of people who are new to washington or have nowhere else to go after all the madness. 

alastor moody

since he works for the secret service, he spent most of the event at the white house, helping people and overseeing security. he’s doing alright. it’s moody. moody’s always fine. 

fitzwilliam darcy

let people hide out in his bookshop and took people to the hospital. will’s back at work and it’s business as usual. mostly just worried about his friends right now, but he’s suppressing that like the idiot that he truly is. 

cecilia tallis

opened up her home to people who need a place to stay, and used her wealth and influence to provide other shelters with supplies. cecilia’s completely okay, but she’s still helping out whoever needs funds to rebuild or whatever.
