favorite thing about them: i LOVE how he adopts every single teenager he comes into contact with. it’s just so cute! he loves kids so much! he’s so sweet with them too, i just.... have a huge soft spot for characters like him. he’s so so good and he loves his kids so much.

i’ll be honest with you i just looked a video of it up to make sure i was getting the exact wording right and i winced in pain. i would put that ENTIRE SCENE here if i could, i just chose this line specifically because it’s the one that summarizes all of it but god... god! how bitter he sounds when he says “everyone thinks they’re right...”, the raw fucking emotion when he yells that “WHAT’S YOUR PROBLEM?!”. jesus christ it hits me so hard i can barely watch it but it’s my favorite scene in kingdom hearts for a reason.

brOTP: him and xion have such a good dynamic! i’ll spare you from the rant about how xion gets shoved aside unfairly but like...!!! he cares for her a lot, he wants so badly for everything to be okay and for her to stick around... their relationship is bumpy as hell but it’s because they’re both trying to do what’s right (for everyone, and for themselves), but their idea of what is right don’t go well together. he loves her so much.... his daughter.........

i was so afraid that they’d brush his relationship with xion aside in favor of him and roxas’ in kh3 but!!!!! NO they actually get a lot? him crying when he sees xion in kairi ruins me. the “who are you?” ruins me. the fact that he remembers her and immediately yells her name and reaches out to try and protect her. im EMO

random headcanon: not that wild of a headcanon but he’s (VISIBLY) taller than isa and you will take this from my cold dead hands. he’s extremely annoying about it.

unpopular opinion: i dont know. i look at him and i go more “he is a handsome kind man i would like to date” rather than “he is hot” but like i see where the hot argument comes from. my unpopular opinion is “he is not that hot but he is handsome and has kind eyes and a kind heart”. i am very sorry this is the only thing i could think of for this one
