Okay look in actuality sonic has been a big part of my childhood, he was part of my quirky kid phase, my creepypasta/emo phase, my dark years, and now he's here still in my head. And I just really want to be able to draw him for once in a way that inspires others like other artists have done for me. Plus Sonic is also ironically also the sun of the franchise (knuckles is the moon) so...I didn't stray very far 😭
