woke up felt decent for the first time in who knows how long, spent one productive hour, crashed unbelievably hard, went back to bed, woke up nearly 12 hours later feeling so sick and awful, ate dinner felt even worse, then spent 9 hours sitting in place in a deeply ill stupor, finally got up but i still feel soooo awful

#helllp :'(#i need a shot of like...... i dont even know like raw oxytocin or adrenaline or something #fuuuuuuck i have to wait 3 more weeks to see the dr again why cant they just work with you regularly instead of one month at a tiiiiime #i cant take it its going on 2 years of pursuing treatment to zero effect #i spent allll week dragging myself back up day by day and it all just crashes down again :((( let me beee #why cant i at least just be depressed instead of so so sick and unbearable #anyways back to posting nice things
